Allied Health Program Survey Your feedback is very important to us.

The 36^th EVS Annual Meeting will take place in The City of Brotherly Love at the Loews Hotel in
downtown Philadelphia from September 29 – October 1, 2022. The Society leadership is very
interested in developing stimulating and educational topics aimed at supporting the needs of Allied
Health Professionals. Please consider filling out this brief survey to help us define topics of interest.
