Disagree, you have to have criteria to adjust the fee accordingly and those need to be clearly identified and therefore the categories make sense and clear for everyone and justifies the differences in membership fees. Regarding membership. In terms of specialties, I think we should open to general cardiologist, vascular medicine, hematologist as well and not limit to specialits that only do interventions if the direction is to have broader and more inclusive audience.

Disagree, It would be beneficial to maintain Senior members since they are no longer practicing it is reasonable to not charge them annual dues. If this catagory of membership is eliminated then the society won’t know who to exempt from dues. Also chances are that senior members have already paid many years of dues.
