EVS Scholarships and Grants

The EVS offers a variety of Scholarships and Grant to eligible applicants for the Annual Meeting each year. These are the current offerings for the 2023 Annual Meeting of EVS being held at The Capital Hilton Hotel, Washington, DC from September 7 - 9 2023.

Research Seed Grant

The purpose of this grant is to support early and mid-career investigators who are interested in conducting clinical, basic, and translational studies. Clinical research projects can include but are not limited to quality-improvement projects, patient-reported outcomes, health policy research, or health economics. Translational research can be conducted with human subjects, disease state models, or on the material of human origins such as tissues, specimens, and cognitive phenomena for which an investigator directly interacts with human subjects. Basic science research which utilizes animal models relevant to human disease is also encouraged.

Applications must include a public health impact section that reflects the significance and applicability of the proposed research plan to the care and management of vascular patients. This can include improved diagnostics, care management plans, novel therapeutic design, etc.
