Dear Industry Partners,

The Eastern Vascular Society comprises more than 1,000 active members and continues to grow as a dynamic professional organization. We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 40th Annual Meeting, taking place September 17–19, 2026, at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC. Following another successful year of in-person engagement, we expect to welcome approximately 400–450 vascular surgeons and trainees from across the eastern United States and Canada. This Industry Prospectus provides all the information you need to participate in and support the Annual Meeting.

We offer a variety of support opportunities, including options to sponsor educational grants, research awards, and travel grants for students, trainees, and early-career faculty. These initiatives are vital in advancing education, research, and professional growth within the vascular community. We are also happy to discuss customized sponsorship packages tailored to your company’s goals and level of engagement.

The EVS Annual Meeting will again deliver a robust scientific program complemented by hands-on workshops, interactive discussions, and a dynamic exhibit hall designed to foster collaboration between attendees and industry. Strategic exhibit placement, extended networking breaks, and guided tours will maximize opportunities for engagement.

This year we will introduce a New Technology Forum featuring the latest clinical data and innovations. We are pleased to continue several key components of our educational programming, including the annual Day of Service, which reflects EVS’s commitment to giving back. The successful Early-Career Program, piloted last year, is back and will include a pre-conference dinner and a didactic session—providing valuable guidance, networking, and professional development opportunities for vascular surgeons in their first five years in practice.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The specialty of vascular surgery has matured and evolved dramatically over the last three decades, but never more profoundly than in recent years. In view of the rapid development of novel, evolving technologies; the generation of information at a rate faster than at any time in history; and the unprecedented growth of the elderly segment of our population in whom circulatory disease predominates, there has never been a more challenging time to be a vascular surgeon, or a time when it has been more critical to keep abreast of developments in the field. The introduction of Maintenance of Certification and increasing multi-specialty competition in our current healthcare system pose new challenges and make further education on cutting-edge approaches to the treatment of vascular disease essential. The Annual Meeting of the EVS will allow vascular surgeons and other Allied Health Professionals to remain current on the latest knowledge, approaches, and procedures that will lead to better patient care.

ATTENDANCE

The meeting will draw primarily from the EVS membership which is represented in the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern states, as well as Eastern Canada and Puerto Rico. The meeting is also open to Non-member Physicians, Residents and Fellows, Students, RVTs, Nurses and other Allied Health Professionals. Projected attendance for 2027: 425. The Eastern Vascular Society is the largest Regional Vascular Meeting in the US.

Open to all attendees and industry partners, this evening features cocktails and delicious hors d’oeuvres in a relaxed setting that makes it easy to connect, renew relationships, and meet new collaborators. It’s the perfect start to the meeting and a premier opportunity for sponsors to engage with physicians, trainees, and key decision-makers in one place. $15,000 STUDENT/TRAINEE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

EVS connects medical students, and trainees with experienced vascular surgeon mentors throughout the year. These relationships are further strengthened and brought to life at the Annual Meeting through structured programing, including facilitated introductions, small-group discussions, and dedicated networking opportunities focused on career planning, training pathways, research development, and the transition to practice. By supporting these programs industry sponsors can engage directly with emerging talent and promote the adoption of innovative technologies, while continuing their strong commitment to education and professional development. The fee covers the costs of the meeting space rental, speaker honorarium, audio-visual, and onsite signage.

$25,000 RESEARCH GRANT - The purpose of this grant is to support investigators who are interested in conducting clinical, basic, and translational studies. Each year the research committee reviews all the applications, then announces the winner at the annual meeting. The winner has the year to work on their project, then present their progress at the following annual meeting. Sponsors will be recognized during the award ceremony, as well as on-screen recognition displayed in the General session room, and mention on the EVS website and mobile app.

$15,000 EARLY CAREER SURGEON PROGRAM - This program is designed for early-career vascular surgeons in their first five years of practice. Acknowledging the distinct challenges of transitioning from training to independent practice, EVS is committed to supporting this critical career stage through targeted guidance, mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities. The program will include didactic presentations, panel discussions tailored to engage with industry representatives, and talks on pertinent topics related to early-career advancement.  As well as a networking dinner on the evening before the main meeting, providing an opportunity for early-career surgeons to connect with EVS and industry leadership.  Participants will also benefit from multiple opportunities for industry exposure through mandatory attendance at breakfast sessions, guided visits to the exhibit hall, the venous session, and other key Annual Meeting events. By supporting this initiative, industry partners can play a vital role in shaping the future of vascular surgery while gaining valuable insights into the needs and aspirations of emerging professionals. Your investment will cover travel, hotel and registration to the EVS Annual Meeting for these individuals.
$10,000 TECH FORUM - This session will provide industry partners a premier platform to showcase emerging innovations and the data behind them through an engaging, conversation-driven presentation led by a speaker of the company’s choice (must be a physician). Each participating company will have 15 minutes to highlight new technology, clinical experience, and real-world application in front of a highly relevant audience. This session is strategically scheduled during a prime, high-traffic time block to maximize visibility and attendance.
$8,500 SIMULATION SESSION - Our biggest hit! This session offers an exciting opportunity for companies to showcase their cutting-edge technology through simulation. We welcome the entire spectrum of simulators and products – open, endovascular, arterial, and venous. The session is structured with registered participants rotating in preassigned groups through multiple stations proctored by company representatives and EVS faculty. Our past simulation programs have drawn over 75 participants and include medical students, vascular/general surgery residents, and vascular surgery fellows.
$5,000 POSTER COMPETITION - This event showcases approximately 100 posters, all presented and judged by senior faculty within a dynamic 90-minute session. Importantly, it provides students and trainees with a platform to present their work, fostering the next generation of vascular specialists and researchers. The top posters will be selected for podium-style presentations on the final day of the meeting, and awards will be presented to the top three finalists. Your support offsets the AV cost and provides support towards the digital software. Sponsor logos will be displayed in onsite signage, the mobile app, and on our website.
$5,000 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SCHOLARSHIPS - Support EVS members at every career stage in pursuing training beyond the Annual Meeting—such as leadership development programs, skills-based courses, and other educational opportunities that strengthen professional growth. These scholarships help offset tuition and related expenses, enabling recipients to invest in new capabilities, broaden their impact, and bring fresh ideas back to their institutions and the EVS community. The winners will present the update at the following annual meeting. Sponsors will be recognized during the award ceremony, as well as on-screen recognition displayed in the General session room, and mention on the EVS website and mobile app.
$3,500 ALLIED HEALTH HANDS ON - The Allied Health Session is a crucial component of our scientific meeting, dedicated to the education and professional development of allied health professionals—including nurses, technologists, physician assistants, and other support staff who are integral to vascular care. This session provides a platform for these professionals to share knowledge, learn about the latest advancements, and discuss best practices in patient management and care delivery. Sponsoring the Allied Health Session is a strategic opportunity for industry partners to make a meaningful impact on the vascular healthcare community. It allows sponsors to connect with essential healthcare team members, support their professional growth, and contribute to improved patient care. This covers the costs of the meeting space rental, speaker honorarium, audio-visual, continuing medical education accreditation, and onsite signage.
$3,500 VENOUS SESSION - A dedicated CME-accredited Venous session will highlight practical, evidence-based updates in venous disease management, featuring expert faculty and clinically relevant takeaways. Immediately following, attendees will transition to a hands-on venous simulation experience —an ideal environment for industry partners to showcase their latest venous technologies, enabling meaningful product engagement, real-time demonstrations, and direct interaction with physicians and trainees.
$2,500 DAY OF SERVICE - In line with the EVS’s mission to promote equity in and access to vascular treatment, EVS is proud to announce their “Day of Service” event. Members of the community will be invited to attend to learn more about vascular health. Short presentations will be held, followed by direct Q & A. This opportunity allows the community of Washington DC access to vascular experts from around the world, who are attending EVS, and will be given resources throughout DC to follow up for evaluation of their vascular health.
$1,500 TRAINEE/HCPIT SCHOLARSHIPS - Support medical students, general surgery and vascular trainees to attend the EVS Annual Meeting. Scholarship recipients gain access to a high-impact experience that includes dedicated mentorship sessions, hands-on simulation training, case competitions, and other trainee-focused programming—designed to accelerate learning, expand professional networks, and cultivate the next generation of vascular leaders. Sponsoring these traveling scholarships is a strategic and meaningful way to invest in the future of vascular surgery. Your investment will cover print materials, travel, hotel and registration to the EVS Annual Meeting for these individuals.

Additional Functions

Exhibitors are invited to exhibit at, and attend the Welcome Reception with will be held in the exhibit hall. All industry is invited to attend the Welcome Reception and the President's Reception.

Payment

By signing the prospectus, the company agrees to the following commitment and the balance being due by Friday, August 7, 2026. In the event of Cancellation after August 7th, 2026, a refund will not be issued. All applicable artwork must be submitted to EVS for approval prior to use. This includes banners, screensavers, and ads.

Space Assignment

Preference of space assignment will be given in the order in which applications are received and level of support. Exhibitors wishing to avoid assignment of space adjacent to a particular company should indicate that on their application. Careful consideration will be given to such requests. The EVS reserves the right to alter the exhibit floor plan at any time.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation after August 7th, a refund will not be issued.
